Employees assigned into the org tree (branch / department / unit). User accounts attach to staff records.

Roles

Ready packs (Owner, Branch Manager, Advisor, Instructor, Operations, IT). Owner gets broad permissions at organization scope; other roles are narrower.

Practices

Prefer the narrowest sufficient scope
No shared logins—one user per person
Disable accounts when people leave
