Your console opens on your institution’s subdomain. The left nav follows your role—not everyone sees the same screens.

Typical areas

Dashboard — summary and shortcuts
CRM — people, leads, interactions, follow-ups
Education — courses, offerings, schedule, attendance
Staff / Roles — team and permissions (mostly owners)
Settings — profile, theme, institution branding

Tips

Lists only show rows inside your scope
Detail pages enforce the same boundary; you can’t bypass it via URL
For support, note the screen URL and what you tried; send that to IT or your owner
